Irena Perić has joined Ascendis in 2018 as a business developer for our ADRIA region expansion. Irena has more than 12 years of experience in sales with a strong background in Retail and Finance. For the past 5 years Irena had also worked as a development consultant helping managers to better understand the financial aspects of business; besides coordinating administrative aspects of day to day operations while managing the local company office, she has been part of several international projects designed to deliver measurable development of skills and abilities in international companies. In addition, Irena has several years of experience in trading and financial analysis which has helped her work closely with clients from banking and insurance. Besides her work in the financial industry, for the past 5 years, Irena has worked on people development projects with companies from the automotive, pharma, I.T., and retail industries. Irena is a positive and outgoing professional, ready to seek and take on challenges with a strong focus on measurable development and gamification of training initiatives.
